The Growth and Operations team is a critical part of Marketing, driving business results via conversion rate optimization, demand generation, and cross-team efficiency and experimentation improvements. This Role The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for improving our self-serve upgrade and downgrade experiences for our Crunchbase users to meet our revenue targets. This role will work alongside another Growth Marketing Manager to create and execute the roadmaps for our website and in-product prompts. You’ll also collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to develop our product upgrade flows. You’ll partner with Analytics and developers to launch, monitor, and call experiments to test your way to success. Lastly, you’ll help monitor and report on the self-serve business to executives and use your findings to help set future growth targets and strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Create strategy and execute experimentation on in-product and web monetization surfaces for self-serve
• Work across departments with Product, Engineering, and Lifecycle to build end-to-end experiences
• Monitor, report on, and investigate Crunchbase’s self-serve business metrics
• Coordinate production of web changes on our marketing sites with our web dev. resource

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Product Management, or a similar role
• AB testing and experimentation savvy
• Experience collaborating with a web dev. resource to produce and maintain web pages
• Experience using AB testing tools like Optimizely, etc. to run your experiments
• Analytical skills for monitoring, investigating, and reporting on the performance of your surfaces
• SaaS and/or startup experience is a plus
