We’re looking for a research operations coordinator to support our researchers to help us understand our creators in order to drive business and product decisions at Airtable. What you'll do

• Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end participant recruiting process for multiple research studies including sourcing, screening, consenting, scheduling, sending reminders, and processing participant compensation
• Partner with researchers to define the scope and recruiting methodology and criteria for research studies
• Coordinate logistics for the participant experience and ensure all necessary legal and financial obligations are met while providing a delightful research experience
• Communicate with participants about logistical details and guiding them through the research process
• Responsible for managing access and study set up for research tools and vendors for the research team’s study needs
• Ensure that all necessary insights, participant metrics and operational learnings from research studies are properly cataloged for tracking
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to maintain clarity and consistency throughout studies - awareness, progress, status, expectations, dependencies, and risks
• Propose new ideas for improving research study efficiency, user delight, and scaling the research practice with documentation, processes, and tools
• Be the eyes and ears of the researchers as it pertains to their study needs and outcomes, escalating researcher feedback and identifying opportunities as is appropriate

Who you are

• You have experience recruiting and coordinating users in the research or talent space
• You have experience in privacy practices, legal compliance, etc.
• You enjoy working with and speaking with people on a daily basis
• You are comfortable collecting, inputting, and working with data
• You have professional experience as a research operations specialist, coordinator, or related role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
• You have contributed to improving and scaling research practices across an organization
• You have worked in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• You have collaborated with a cross-functional team
• You are a clear and concise communicator
• You are a creator
