Lockheed Martin Space is currently seeking a Full Time Early Carrer Operations Controller – Satellite Operations for Schriever SFB, Colorado.
This position is a Blue-Sky opportunity contingent on the award of the Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) contract.
The FROST Operations Controller role will be responsible for performing real-time satellite operations on complex communications systems. In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Establish voice, messaging, and data communications for multiple-satellite programs of varying priorities and classifications
• Configuration and monitoring of displays for computer and network equipment during normal mission operations
• Multi-program coordination and scheduling using custom software tools
• Ground system inputs toward overall engineering development and testing
• Determination and resolution of anomalous conditions
• Generation of downtime reports and other associated documentation for operational outages
• Provide inputs to process improvements
• Provide operational inputs to overall engineering development and testing
• Support to various operations status, engineering review, and problem boards
• Support to ground system development work, working groups, and test and checkout
• Support to cross-contract operation resiliency efforts at SSFB

Basic Qualifications:
• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Experience with solving complex and/or parallel problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work within a dynamic operational environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot within a dynamic operational environment
• Proficiency with MS Office products
Desired Skills:
• Previous/current experience within NOPS or NRO mission operations
• Experience with satellite operations
• Experience with testing, development work, or system integration
• Collaborative mindset toward continuous process improvement
