Apple Media Product’s (AMP) Partner Operations team is seeking a partner support specialist to help drive the growth of new and existing partners, through pre and post launch initiatives across multiple offers platforms (codes and API integrations) and channels (carrier, retail, etc.). You will support and grow our programs that enable third party partners to sell services on Apple’s behalf. You are a curious person who loves to tackle problems and enjoys finding the solution whether it be technical, process, or otherwise. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, you are creative, and you love to understand the ins and outs of an issue. You can balance the needs of multiple internal teams and external partners, maintain a strong sense of empathy.

Description
Description - Support pre and post launch activities of new and existing partnerships in APAC region - Work closely with Program Management Team, AMP Business Development Team, Services Content Owners & AMP Marketing to successfully achieve business goals for each partner - Support the launch of partners including campaign setup and testing - Manage partners after launch to resolve any issues related to invoicing, customer care, campaign maintenance, and overall addressing of partner inquiries. - Leverage data to gather insights for optimisation - Develop in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur - Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones
Education & Experience
