Our Hungary team is involved in RF chip design and related software, hardware, and tools development.

Who You Are

• You are currently in your third or more year of a master’s degree.
• You are studying computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, mathematics, or physics.
• You are considered to be enthusiastic and creative, analytical, a troubleshooter, a communicator, and a team player

• Embedded Software Engineering
  • In this role you will be developing embedded software solutions on Silicon Labs wireless chips, designing and developing applications and wireless profiles on top of Silicon Labs protocol stacks, and working with our Applications Engineers to understand our customer's applications and help provide effective solutions to customer requirements and improve user experience on any level
• Hardware Engineering
  • In this role, you will be developing demonstration and development boards for Silicon Labs’ wireless chips to ensure, that those products meet the requirements of the relevant EMC regulations, and working with our Hardware Engineers on radio-frequency validation, characterization, and optimization tasks.
• Project Management
  • Project development, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling new hardware development tools projects supporting IoT wireless SoC programs and other key IoT engagements. Assist senior project managers on large IoT development programs
• Software Development in Test
  • In this role, you will get to work with cutting-edge Silicon Labs Wireless products while ensuring that our products meet the requirement of the Bluetooth standards. Our Budapest SDET Team is responsible for validating our embedded products with the help of the home-grown automated test framework.
• Systems Engineering
  • In this role, based on your interests, you will work on the definition of future applications and products of the company. You will develop demos of our new technologies (such as AI/ML for voice or camera applications or indoor positioning using Bluetooth), analyze competitor demo kits and customer products, help build test setups, check and try new standards in the wireless connectivity world. You will also help develop our internal tools for automating product document generation.
