Who we’re looking for:

Aarki - a Division of Skillz is looking for exceptional and experienced product management professionals to join our product team as Head of Product. The right Head of Product will be responsible for Aarki's product vision, roadmap and strategy. The head of product should not only be a hands on leader but also be able to inspire the product and engineering team to deliver best in class products for Aarki's clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product roadmap of Aarki - DSP, Data, ML, Creative Engine and integration with Skillz
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders to define the consumer product vision, strategy and roadmap for Aarki that is aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Hire, retain and manage a group of high performing global team of Product Managers and Product Analysts to achieve business unit KPIs
  • A strategic thinker, who can own the overall plan, including design, implementation, GTM and analysis framework of features and functional refinements.
  • Drive analysis of releases and share results through quarterly business reviews (QBRs); build a track record of delivering on forecasted outcomes.
  • Work with the engineering leaders to estimate ship dates of major deliverables with a 75% or better accuracy.
  • Team player and excellent communicator capable of clearly sharing feature development progress, metric impact, etc to a multi-functional group.
  • Work with the Aarki GM and other key Skillz C-level execs to clearly understand the company mission and articulate that to the engineering and design teams.

Your Skillz:

  • 10-15 years of experience building and delivering Ad Tech or Mar Tech focused products; DSP and SSP experience, particularly with Mobile and CTV products preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Ad Tech ecosystem with focus on Mobile and CTV technologies
  • A great communicator (oral, written, and visual) who has the ability to influence and build consensus both within a product team and with executive stakeholders across the company.
  • Experience building B2B SaaS Ad Tech products with agency clients
  • BA/BS and/or MA/MS in a related field; MBA preferred
