Reporting to the Sr Director, Total Rewards & Strategy, the Compensation Manger will develop and implement compensation programs that enable the delivery of our growth goals. They will guide stakeholders across the business and People Team and develop creative solutions on a variety of total rewards topics focused around executive and equity compensation.

Ideal candidates will have a proven history of influencing leadership with a combination of deep subject matter expertise, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for creating programs that contribute to growth at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and People & Culture Team stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies and activities that attract, reward, and retain key talent in line with the LiveRamp Compensation Philosophy.
  • Oversee preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and compensation committee meetings
  • Partner closely with finance, legal, stock administration and internal HR team to build equity strategy and guidelines that closely align with LiveRamp Total Rewards philosophy
  • Model and monitor equity usage including burn rate, overhang and other dilution analysis and partner with finance to forecast equity compensation expense
  • Maintain awareness of latest trends, market practice, accounting, regulations and competitive intelligence around executive compensation

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience with executive and equity compensation programs
  • Compensation knowledge includes compensation theory, application, and compliance with state and federal laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required.
  • Excellent business and People Operations acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives.
