Your future team The Channel Marketing team at Atlassian helps our partners grow their business with full-funnel content and programs targeted at relevant personas. On the team, we're seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for ITSM Solutions. You will lead the strategy, integration and execution of campaigns and programs among select channel partners (VARs or Solution Providers) in the IT Service Management space. You will be the key interface between Product Marketing, Channel Programs, Channel Sales & Business Development and Agency teams.

What you'll do

    • Own the channel marketing GTM for ITSM with a goal to drive increased and more effective leads for partners. This includes managing the strategy and tactical implementation of digital marketing initiatives, awareness and administration for ITSM in Channel.
    • Assist in marketing programs that drive demand for ITSM in Channel for both existing customers and new prospects. You will work directly with agencies and stakeholders to execute program plans, and report back on developments and recommendations to iterate as needed for maximum impact with Partners.
    • Ownership and development of marketing content (including playbooks) for partners. Collaborate effectively with product marketing teams and creative agencies to produce collateral that can be modified and customized by partners, such as: emails, landing pages, banner ads, social campaigns, customer presentation decks, white papers, eBooks, web plugins, campaign descriptions and onboarding material. This also includes content strategies and plays for upsell, cross-sell motions for ITSM.
    • You will identify gaps in marketing opportunities for Partners, evaluate and pilot programs, make recommendations and sell-through ideas to create cross-functional alignment.
    • To bring cross-functional leadership between departments and collaborate and align with the Channel, ITSM Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings.
    • Ensure all partner communication channels are up to date with the latest and greatest offerings from the Channel Marketing team. Communicate the value of the content and programs; proactively share channel marketing campaigns, and calls to action with appropriate teams via internal communication channels.
    • Work with our regional Marketing Agencies in developing the ITSM campaign strategy for LATAM, APAC and EMEA.

Your background

    • You must have experience working in Channel, with a strong grasp of the services delivery model. You have knowledge in marketing business solutions like SAAS, technologies, IT or marketing services to different verticals.
    • Have a deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL practices.
    • You have managed Creative Agencies, and have a basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management.
    • Demonstrated ownership of marketing campaigns and solutions, budgets and costs.
    • You are an excellent communicator, facilitator and fastidious project manager.
    • You have strategic expertise in running high impact programs; with the ability to pivot quickly.
    • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • You're comfortable being scrappy and figuring out how to get things done.
    • And you thrive in a cross-functional environment, rapidly earning trust and credibility with
    • 5+ years of experience in scaling B2B marketing activities for sales/partners/resellers (channel).
    • Experience in marketing to highly technical and business audiences; including ability to message and position for each stage of buyer's journey.
    • Fluency with a range of marketing tactics, including lead generation, social marketing, email marketing, landing page optimization, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
    • Creative and copy judgment, with a keen eye for detail; advanced presentation skills.
    • Ability to work across timezones in EMEA, AMER and occasionally APAC.
    • Bonus if you are familiar with channel marketing automation like Zift Solutions, LeadRocket (CallidiusCloud), StructuredWeb, Hubspot.
