We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Security Solution Product Management team, reporting to the vice president of Product Management. In this role, you will drive a range of product initiatives, including the endpoint and policy management strategies while shaping the foundation of Infoblox’s BloxOne Threat Defense solution. Working with the data science, threat intelligence, platform, and ecosystem teams, you will be a pivotal part of enabling customers to maximize the impact of DNS-based security in their companies. You will identify requirements and drive development through Infoblox’s SAFe Agile process, identify the vision and strategy for Endpoint and Policy Management, working with both engineering and the go-to-market teams to ensure the customer value gets messaged and delivered.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have strong Agile product management skills, with an ability to drive requirements through the software development process—including excellent story writing skills and sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate with architecture and engineering teams. You also have strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage at both the technical and solution levels.

What you’ll do:

  • Define the vision and strategy for the Security Policy Management and Endpoint platforms
  • Use Agile software to develop a product delivery focused on execution in conjunction with architecture and engineering
  • Engage with customers, field sales, and customer success teams to ensure the right balance between strategic and tactical feature prioritization
  • Own product-related issues
  • Undertake market, competitive, and industry analysis to identify long-term opportunities and inform the platform roadmap and strategy

What you’ll bring:

  • Security and networking expertise and technical knowledge
  • Excellent product management skills, including an execution and delivery mindset
  • Ability to work closely with Engineering to drive SAFe Agile development processes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Drive and ambition to take your career to the next level

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

  • Develop a detailed vision, roadmap, and execution plan for the Security Policy Management and Endpoint platform
  • Create a coordinated go-to-market plan in conjunction with other company stakeholders and product development groups

After about a year, you will...

  • Have an extensive, detailed backlog of product development features based on the long-term product strategy
  • Develop a product expansion strategy that provides a long-term roadmap based on market, competitive, and industry analysis

We’ve got you covered:

Our holistic benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness—as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 401k with company match and generous paid time off to help you balance your life. We have a strong culture and live our values every day—we believe in transparency, curiosity, respect, and above all, having fun while delighting our customers.

Speaking of a great work environment, here are just a few of the perks you may enjoy...

  • Onsite cafeteria and catering with “chef-on-site” days
  • Electric vehicle charging stations
  • Outdoor amenities, seating, and courtyard BBQ
  • Newly remodeled office with state-of-the-art amenities
  • Perks may vary dependent on location
