Senior Associate, Strategy & Finance (Seattle or US Remote)

About the Role:

Reporting to Remitly's Strategy & Finance lead, you will partner with other members of the team as well as senior executives to shape the strategic agenda for Remitly to maintain multi-year high double-digit growth. You will be an important contributor to strategic and annual planning, partner with colleagues and business leaders to develop investment and financial proposals, and support communications to multiple stakeholders .

You Will:

• Support the strategy and financial planning process, including:
  • Identify potential opportunities and partner with other stakeholders to develop plan documents
  • Facilitate capital allocation (and reallocation) choices across the organization
  • Ensure intersection points and dependencies are provisioned for
  • Inform financial scenarios with a clear view on P*Q economics (finance leads)
• Partner with business heads to:
  • Develop focused goals
  • Create product or business specific strategy proposals
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, including:
  • Prepare strategy materials for presentations to analysts, investors, and the Board of Directors
• Maintain complex financial models and data analysis to facilitate decision-making

You Have

• 1+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy experience
• Experience creating complex analytical models
• Experience working with large databases and SQL
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Alignment with Remitly's mission and cultural values
