Job Description

Mandatory skill set :

o 12+ years of IT experience in managing SAP teams

o Prior work experience managing projects using SAP PLM / MDM & MDG / PDM / Software Engineering

o Driving Associate engagement and related activities

o Driving Competency strategy and development for the team

o Driving Talent acquisition strategy for the department along with HR team

o Excellent team handling skill including coaching, counselling, grooming, and appreciating; ability to handle Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers from different vendors

o Excellent business communication and presentation skill

o Good in on-time reporting and organization leadership

o Proactive and enthusiastic mind-set

Secondary skill set :

o Knowledge working with SAP Technology

o Innovation and Lean Process Driven

Qualifications

B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent (full-time) from reputed institution
