• Main objectives include providing pricing and product master data creation and maintenance services for the DI Division (FA, MC, and PA)
• Primary responsibilities include ensuring data quality in multiple business systems such as SAP and PMD as well as working closely with business and subject matter experts from many departments to understand business data analytic requirements and drive business opportunities
• Position would report directly to the Manager of DI Price and Product Master Data and employee would be responsible for data accuracy across multiple Business Units and applicable Service Level Agreements for the department Responsibilities
• Identifies areas of opportunity and possible new solutions to support fast growing data volumes and ensuring of data quality and data accessibility
• Collaborates with Enterprise IT, service and product business units to ensure successful deployment of complex change requests
• Actively participates in data analytics projects and may present results to stakeholders inside and outside the company
• Supports stakeholder businesses to establish and maintain appropriate list & net pricing levels
• Monitors and analyzes Order Management Order2Cash data to identify areas of opportunity and suggests possible digitalization and automation solutions in support of DI Digital FIT Rate goals
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, Math or Business Analytics or equivalent business experience
• 5+ years of work experience
• Knowledge of Siemens internal system infrastructures. Detailed knowledge of SAP and PMD processes (both HQ and Regional data) and surrounding systems
• Basic knowledge of list and net pricing and SAP pricing procedures
• Basic knowledge of how product master data is consumed in order processing, financial reporting, and external product data reports
• Proficiency in database reporting, analytics and business intelligence
• 10% travel may be required
