The Role

    • Reporting directly to our VP, Talent Acquisition, this person will be responsible for hiring top talent at Bitly, providing an outstanding hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, and will act as a thought partner around talent acquisition best practices and initiatives.

What You'll Do

    • Leads full cycle recruitment for our U.S. Go-to-Market and G&A teams, including sourcing candidates, and screening talent while leveraging internal and external channels.
    • Generates an ongoing pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates for assigned open roles.
    • Build and maintain proactive partnerships with the leadership team and hiring managers in order to understand their business, anticipate staffing needs and offer solutions & tools.
    • Develop and implement company wide talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with the VP, Talent Acquisition and broader global Talent Acquisition team.
    • Active participant of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, adopting a continuous improvement mindset around Talent Acquisition, highlighting opportunities and gaps in processes and proactively sharing best practices and ideas.
    • Has a pulse on the talent landscape, proactively shares talent insights, leads recruitment strategy sessions with hiring managers, provides hiring and interview recommendations to the hiring teams, and acts as a strategic talent advisor internally and externally to key internal stakeholders.
    • Passion and prior experience in ensuring DE&I is reflected in all stages of the Talent Acquisition journey from job descriptions, interview panels, sourcing and selecting talent.

Who You Are

    • 5+ years of experiences in a prior Talent Acquisition role
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels in a clear and concise manner
    • Team player with a strong work ethic who strives to make a positive impact highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset
    • Prior experience at a SAAS organization is preferred, but not required
    • Prior experience working with Greenhouse preferred but not required
    • Prior startup or small company experience preferred but not required

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. If based in Colorado/New York, the annual cash compensation range for this position is $110,000-$140,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
