Position Summary:

The Integrated Marketing team of the Travel Retail Worldwide Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Executive Director in the development, production, implementation, and measurement of digital campaigns and online product solutions. The role covers multiple ELC brands and works with both Regional Digital Marketing and Global Online teams, as well as external vendors and agencies. This role will involve both innovation and implementation skillsets across digital media and online experiences. Tactical and campaign execution expertise will be valued greatly as will the ability to use insights to drive decisions.

Job Description:

Digital Campaign & Online Product Execution

  • Support the Executive Director in ensuring that digital campaigns – executed online and/or in-store – are developed and executed on time and with excellence. Responsibilities include identifying business requirements, agency briefing, asset collection, creative review and feedback, managing product rollouts, coordination with regional counterparts, user testing, QA, and performance tracking
  • Manage the implementation of online product solutions, ensuring execution leverages best practices and follows Global Online guidelines
  • Drive an online product solution roadmap that unlocks revenue-driving online-to-offline opportunities across traveling consumer segments
  • Identify innovation opportunities (new platforms, tactics, partners, etc.), launch pilots, and align teams to scale successes

Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Global Online teams to leverage existing assets and capabilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal Brand teams and external agencies/vendors
  • Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Regional Digital Marketing, Global Online, IT, Legal and Indirect Procurement; Establish communication cadences to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Continue to refine internal processes, driving productive change to optimize scalability and standardization across all current and future initiatives

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze digital campaign results during and post-launch to drive continuous improvement
  • Create, disseminate, and present key learning summary presentations for each digital campaign and online product execution; Apply best practices to rollouts
  • Define and track metrics to assess the success and failure of online product implementation, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals
  • Monitor and measure launched products/site experiences to maintain a tight learning loop that leverages qualitative insights from user research as well as quantitative results from testing to continually inform the product development process & solution roadmap
  • Track budget for all initiatives, including estimates, purchase orders (POs), and invoices
  • Stay abreast of digital and social trends, best practices, industry standards, and the latest technologies that could apply to Travel Retail

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in digital marketing, visual communication, marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of media experience, e-commerce experience is strongly preferred
  • A proven track record of success in planning and executing projects – ideally within an eCommerce role
  • Strong project management and budget management skills
  • Able to manage many details with ease and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and drive multiple projects
  • Aptitude and interest in high-tech, social, and digital trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Weibo, etc.)
  • Experience working with project teams to bring insights to action
  • A consumer-first orientation: you think about the experience from the end user's perspective
  • Technical know-how: While you need not be an engineer, you understand the technical capabilities and limitations of various types of eCommerce sites and what it takes to execute products on these sites
  • Strong analytical skills: You’re facile with data analysis and have familiarity with Excel, databases, and running A/B tests
  • Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience
