Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Sales / Project Developer in F&B industry.The key targets include:• Ensure F&B solution business target to be realized. Key directions: SCADA+, and DCS. • Promote F&B solution business and prepare proposals with good quality, in time, and reasonable cost. • Acquire projects under the collaboration with Sales, VM BD, and OEC. • Ensure customer satisfaction with Sales, BD, and project execution team.What are my responsibilities? • Develop F&B Solution business including SCADA+ and DCS. • Use consultative selling approach to end customer in F&B industry and Integrate F&B process know how with Siemen’s portfolio• Take leading role for customer engagement, technical clarification, proposal quotation.• Collaborate with VM BD to make market analysis and provide marketing support for presales & promotion activities• Attend regular business review and maintain pipeline in CRM system• Support terms & contract negotiation and ensures that the results of risk assessment are considered in contractsWhat do I need to qualify for this job?Experience• Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. automation, IT, F&B related etc.• 5+ years’ experience in Automation or electrical industry, Pre-Sales in F&B industry is more preferred• Engineering experience in F&B industry process is preferred• Technical experience with DCS/PLC, network, process instrument is preferred• Process knowhow in F&B industry or other light industry (e.g. Pharma) is preferredCompetence• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Customer focus and oriented• Self-motivated, and responsible for target• Ownership, Business acumen and Persistence• Quickly learning ability• Frequently travel needed
