What you will do:

• Act as service team product specialist, (Product: MV&LV Switchgear, protection relay or SCADA) to support technical clarification, customer product application, or trouble shooting related topic in both promotion phase and execution phase.
• Coordinate with team member and 3rd party to develop and deliver consulting service to customer.
• Lead technical discussion with HQ and support local team on standardization or optimization in documentation, promotion/training materials and daily operation process.
• Bridge and facilitate the communication and collaboration between sales and execution team.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or above degree in the Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1~3 years experience in power distribution related field.
• Self-motivated and is able to work independently.
• Knowledge in power distribution related product, e.g. Switchgear, CB, Relay or SCADA.
• Language ability: Chinese: Native or advanced, English level: Medium or high
• Able to travel within Taiwan.
