The AppleCare Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for developing driving the direct sales approach through the US Enterprise Account teams. You will work with a cross-functional team (Enterprise and Channel sales teams) in developing strategies and cases, structuring and implementing relationships with account executives and resellers and drive pivotal initiatives to grow our AppleCare for Enterprise business in the US. As part of the AppleCare Enterprise sales team, you will align projects, and programs across multiple divisions to ensure flawless execution sales strategies and programs. Reporting to the AppleCare Enterprise Sales Leader, the role will require regular domestic travel. This is a Home Base role that may be based anywhere in the Eastern half of the US. Travel is required.

  • 4-8+ years of commercial deal development and sales execution experience in enterprise hardware or services sales business. Successful leader with multi-channel management experience, including channel development skills at the scale Apple needs.
  • Business Understanding: Deep understanding of the enterprise sales business in the US in order to build a successful sales strategy for that region.
  • Sales Track Record: Successful sales track record in the Enterprise hardware and/or services business.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills with experience navigating sophisticated sales situations.
  • Executive engagement: High comfort in taking care of C-level within Apple and at our biggest customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Self-starter with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, and strong executional track record. A strong command of business and financial modeling is important to success in this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong networking ability.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven effective relationship builder within a matrix environment at regional, local and WW levels.
  • You will demonstrate a passion, energy and focus on developing and growing business programs.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Description

Description The AppleCare Enterprise Business Development Manager will be responsible to develop the major account business within the US. The key tasks involves: Sales Targets: Owns Regional Sales Results. Develops and performs tactical activities with US major account team-members to achieve targets. Strategic Approach (Territory Account Plans): Develops and implements strategic territory and account planning through support of the Enterprise Sales teams and defines go to market approach. Regular reporting about the key achievements in Business Reviews, as well as developing and sharing lighthouse wins.. Sales Programs: will implement sales incentives and programs crafted to drive the implementation of the AppleCare for Enterprise and AppleCare OS Support within major accounts segment. Direct Sales Approach (Major Accounts): driving internal sales readiness through trainings and workshops with the strategic account sales teams. Driving the pipeline management with the AppleCare and Hardware Enterprise sales teams through the usage of the CRM tool. Internal Relationships/Collaboration: Builds and maintains significant contacts and business relationships with various internal partners and collaborators to achieve results. Key performance indicators: Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets Quality and accuracy of sales forecasting and pipeline management on an ongoing basis

  • Proven a 4-8+ years of commercial deal development and sales execution experience. Experience and understanding of enterprise hardware and services market is ideal.
  • Enterprise channel development experience is a plus
