Description:Manage the Human Resources Operations organization for Missiles and Fire Control with a current staff of 5 employees. The organization includes support for all of Human Resources standard practices, process and administration to include such tasks as domestic relocation administration, discipline committee process lead, multidimensional employee experiences to include Milestone Service Awards, Evening of Excellence, NOVA administration and Fitness Reimbursement, unemployment claims, personnel files and other centralized services.
Position will be responsible for driving and managing numerous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives in support of Human Resources for all aspects of the organization. Position will be responsible for management and/or integration and coordination of multiple activities for the HR Operations organization to support the MFC enterprise. Candidate selected will work independently as well as part of an integrated team of HRBPs and Centers of Excellence teammates and develop corporate partnerships and collaboration efforts in support of OneLM initiatives. Position can be performed remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
-10+ years of Human Resources experience
-Strong analytical skills
-Must Possess system thinking and process improvement experience and mindset
-Ability to work in a matrixed organization
-Proficient with Microsoft Application tools
-Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external customers and at the executive level
-Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail and quality
-Strong communication, written, and presentations skills
-Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
-Ability to work multiple projects effectively
-Ability to work with cross functional teams to facilitate cross coordination and communication
-Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team.
Desired Skills:
-Advanced degree in Human Resources discipline
-Experience in multiple COEs and HR Business Partner experience
-Experience in multiple Business Areas/organizations
-Project Management experience
-Experience conducting critical path and risk analyses
