Then come and join our global team as Global Clinical Marketing Manager (f/m/d) Vascular Surgery (fixed-term 24 months) to add value to vascular surgeons.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 28 h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will work with customers to develop a global marketing strategy and find powerful arguments for purchasing decision-makers to ensure success for the Siemens Healthineers Advanced Therapies business. You will play a key role in transforming the value of our intraoperative imaging solutions to the customer, whether by organizing conferences or developing post market clinical studies
  • You will monitor current market developments and trends, and you will stay customer-oriented, understanding and promoting the additional clinical value that can be generated from existing and future products
  • You will work in a cross-functional team, and you will be responsible for the respective launches internally and externally, and you will provide support in press activities and in customer presentations
  • You will identify new market and scientific trends based on the latest developments in the field of vascular surgery together with inbound marketing management and other functions and operations within the organization. You will represent Siemens Healthineers at important and relevant local and international congresses

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's/diploma in medical technology or a human medical degree
  • You have already gained several years of professional experiences in a clinical environment, in medical device technologies (e.g. Sales or as an Application Specialist) or in the medical research field, at best related to cardiovascular diseases
  • You don’t have a university degree? We are looking forward to your application, if you have a nursing degree and additional profound professional experience
  • You have good skills regarding medical devices and clinical processes

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English (verbal and in writing), to communicate with your international colleagues without any problems. German language skills would be considered a plus
  • Professional presentation skills, including media preparation (PPT, video, etc.) as well as strong communication skills complete your profile
  • Your willingness to travel is a given, as you will spend part of your working time at international congresses or customer sites (20%)
  • Personally, you convince with a ‘get things done’ mentality and, goal orientation, and you work proactively on defined objectives
  • You work with enthusiasm and passion in a diverse team, to add value to vascular surgeons
