OVERVIEW:

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture (DEI&C) Project and Portfolio Manager will play an instrumental role in further building, strengthening and executing the company’s DEI&C strategy. They will lead the co-design of our DEI&C roadmap and drive our focus projects. This includes leading the discovery, design, implementation of solutions and ensuring all deliverables are met. Through cross-functional relationship building and inclusive practices, they will motivate, inspire and multiply at all-levels, to create and sustain meaningful change for our talent, partners, customers and communities, across our multi-faceted, global company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of a strategic portfolio and roadmap, based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of our people needs, data and best practices
  • Scope projects and identify project success metrics
  • Drive individual project discovery, design and implementation and measure that our outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborate and influence across projects, businesses and regions to multiply efforts and facilitate local co-design of solutions to maximize impact
  • Design for future sustainability and collect feedback to make sure we are achieving as we go
  • Govern all aspects of project progress and delivery, elevate all issues early and ensure quality knowledge handovers to operational owners
  • Maintain excellent knowledge repository of all process and change documentation to enable better and more efficient team collaboration
  • Act as a DEI&C change ambassador and drive business readiness and adoption for all system changes (incl. deploying communication and education plans, post go live programs, feedback channels and appropriate metrics)
  • Deliverable areas that will be in focus
    • Building DEI&C Awareness, Capability and Competence across our talent
    • Enabling DEI&C through integration into our systems, processes and practices
    • Elevating DEI&C through customer and community engagements

KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects is required
  • Experience in baselining, benchmarking and gap analysis
  • Experience leveraging technology and data to positively impact business outcomes
  • Project Management coursework or certification, a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in Global HR Portfolio & Program Management, a plus

  • Highly effective communicator: able to present and highlight value of what we do for different business audiences (user to executive)
  • Skilled in business analysis techniques such as extracting business needs and gathering requirements
  • Able to prioritize demands
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to drive others to meet scheduled deadlines in fast-paced business environment
  • Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office 365
  • Proficiency in Project Mgmt. Tools, a plus
  • Business process and value chain mapping, a plus
  • Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business processes, tools and data, a plus
