The Senior Financial Analyst will have full financial ownership of our MTO business working cross functionally with the GMM of MTO and other key stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities: Own the planning and forecasting processes for the MTO business, including annual budgets and long-range plans Lead the MTO sales planning process, working cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, product development, and marketing Lead the monthly and quarterly review process for MTO, including detailed and insightful reporting on variance analysis (Actuals vs. Plan), gross margin performance, and key financial KPIs for the segment Recommend actions through analysis, interpreting data, and making ROI or comparative analyses on proposed changes in methods and materials Collaborate with internal teams on key strategic areas, including pricing dynamics, contract reviews and decision-making support. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and build financial models that will help your business partners make the best strategic decisions that will drive revenue growth and margin expansion Develop and maintain KPI’s relevant to the business through partnership with data science, planning and other cross functional partners Own the annual standard cost development process for MTO products across 3rd party and internal operations Department level labor planning for internal MTO facilities Basic Qualifications: •BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics and/or similar discipline with analytical focus •3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial business partner role, preferably in Supply Chain or Merchandising Operations •Working knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) •Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation/analysis •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationship across all levels of the organization •Advanced skillset using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: •Basic understanding of cost accounting •Experience in royalty and revenue share industry •Retail or Supply Chain experience is a plus Things We Care About · Your career growth, your ideas, your work-life balance, and your well-being. · Diversity and Inclusion · Our Company Culture and Values · Providing outstanding Company Perks and Benefits Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
