DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Virtual Practice Manager who will oversee the patient aligner experience and administration of the virtual practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing and responding to inbound sales/booking inquiries, via phone or online
  • Assist with scheduling patient appointments and coordination of records
  • Overseeing patient-management software, ensuring accurate records and reporting
  • Building and supporting relationships with network practices and quip internal teams
  • Support practice Dentists and Orthodontists on case management and patient coordination
  • Build cross functional relationships with quip’s CX team to address customer/patient concerns
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years dental office experience
  • Prior experience implementing procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent organization skills and digital file maintenance
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and exhibits strong problem solving skills
