About the Position

We are looking to hire an experienced Interest Rates Trader to join our growing Fixed Income desk. You will help us develop and execute trading strategies in the interest rates space, build models, manage risk, investigate new products, and push into new business areas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and products, a fundamental view of the drivers of interest rates and\or rates volatility, and knowledge of the relevant players and sources of supply and demand. This is a highly collaborative role working as part of a broader fixed income team to help develop and grow strategies.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

• Maintaining relationships with bank counterparties and IDBs
• Understanding the interest rates flows landscape
• Managing risk for a large and diverse portfolio of rates products
• Working with research to backtest and develop new trading strategies
• Improving and managing electronic trading systems

About You

• 3-12+ years of experience trading interest rates products
• Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, adaptive, responsible
• Coding skills are a plus
• Fluency in English required
