- Connect with developers, and adopters to bring back feedback to the core team and Spotify plugin developers
- Advocate for backstage within the broader developer community through speaking, writing, and participation in relevant events
- Excite and inspire Spotify engineers to be part of the Backstage community, to externalize plugins, support, and work with the Backstage community to improve the project and plugins
- Work with stakeholders, to remove friction and unclarities for universal plugin development by Spotify Engineers
- Work with community members to amplify their voices and scale Backstage discovery, and enablement through community leaders
- Participate in adopter conversations to share knowledge and gather feedback
Who you are
- Experience as Developer Advocate, Technical Evangelist, Engineer, Software Developer

- Strong listening and communication skills
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time

- Prefer an office to work from home instead? Not a problem! We have plenty of options for your working preferences. Find more information about our Work From Anywhere options here .
