For our Oncology team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team.

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Responsibility for maximizing utilization and patient outcomes of Takeda portfolio of Oncology/Hematology products and services
Driving value-based account management and stakeholder relationships; developing and monitoring long-term relationships between Takeda, the account, and its key stakeholders

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive deep understanding of what motivates Oncology patients and the HCPs that care for them including what could cause them to choose Takeda’s products over competitors, acting on this through the delivery and implementation of an integrated brand plan, with considerations to the current market access conditions and challenges.
  • Embed a high customer focus within Oncology team by spending a significant amount of time with customers and placing the customer at the center of every business decision.
  • Understand the account situation, challenges and needs.
  • Deliver on agreed objectives and tactics within the key accounts in order to drive Takeda performance.
  • Ensure account plans, objectives and KPIs are transparent to the whole account team and senior leaders (captured in SMILE CRM).
  • Conduct market surveillance and communicate in-field intelligence on customer insights, external stakeholder activities and trends to key internal stakeholders (including commercial, medical, market access, CEE).
  • Proactively coordinate collaboration with medical and market access (and other internal stakeholders) to ensure alignment in objectives and activities with accounts and external stakeholders.

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

To be successful in this role you will need to;

  • Balance between the long-term vision while driving the short-term goals, holding yourself and others accountable for delivering on commitments that align with our goals – never forgetting the end result is to help patients through innovation of medicine
  • Motivate and influence others to gain support for ideas, strategies and actions providing appropriate background so that messages are meaningful with audiences
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a quality service or product to the agreed standards, understanding the unmet needs of the patients

Experience and Education

  • Relevant education in the field of commercial, health care or science
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Israel
  • Scientific background in the therapeutic area Oncology/Hematology
  • Experience in managing customer relationships in specialty care/occupational healthcare
  • Fluent in written and spoken Hebrew and English
