We are looking for a Product Manager - Cloud Platforms to join our Products team, reporting to the principal product manager of Cloud Platforms. In this role, you will work closely with all parts of the Infoblox organization including customer assurance, customer success, sales, engineering, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure on-time and successful delivery of Infoblox SaaS products and solutions.

You are the ideal candidate if you have strong business and technical acumen, allowing you to become the domain expert and product strategy lead in cloud platform services enabling our networking and enterprise security product lines.

What you’ll do:

• Inspire the team to build products that set new standards in customer satisfaction
• Support the architecture and engineering teams with platform services to deliver solutions
• Expand cloud-based platform services to support the BloxOne SaaS product lines
• Understand and analyze inputs from various sources including customers, support, services, competitors, analysts, and stakeholders to drive advancements for new and expanded product releases
• Drive objectives and functional requirements supporting business needs and strategies
• Collaborate with supporting teams on documentation, marketing, go-to-market from inception to release, and beyond
• Own product roadmaps and manage prioritized backlog for solutioning
• Challenge the status quo in a continuously evolving environment and help shape the future of Infoblox

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally for cloud-based SaaS products
• Solid knowledge of SaaS/cloud technologies
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hyperscalers
• Technical competency with core platform technologies such as authentication & authorization, entitlements, logging, monitoring, security, user interface, modularity, scalability, multi-tenancy, kubernetes, databases and storage, reliability, high availability, multi-region, hybrid cloud, etc.)
• Experience working in an agile environment, ideally SAFe
• Working knowledge of agile management tools
• Ability to step back and see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details
• Ability to capture and articulate business problems, ideas, requirements and strategy
• Drive to establish strong relationships within the team and across stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering great results with geographically distributed teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

• Be fully engaged in the Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams
• Drive the backlog for at least one cloud service
• Participate in the SAFe process driving requirements, planning, and execution
• Develop a basic understanding of key BloxOne platform services and applications

After about a year, you will...

• Drive the backlog for a larger number of cloud services
• Define the roadmap for those services
• Fully engage with the SAFe release process
• Have a full understanding of networking services supported by the BloxOne platform
• Answer questions from sales, services, and customers related to the BloxOne platform
