About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Syapse you’ll drive the product vision and roadmap for how we translate real world data insights into actionable information that impacts real world care. To do this you will convene internal and external stakeholders in diverse disciplines including customer success, clinical, epidemiology, engineering, design, and more to define a cohesive, scalable offering. The solution you develop will mix software and humans seamlessly to close gaps in cancer patient care that result in better outcomes for patients in our health systems and drive the adoption of guideline-driven testing and treatments supporting our life sciences partners.

What You’ll Accomplish

At Syapse we believe there is a need for a new paradigm for how we drive the adoption of the latest and greatest testing and treatment approaches. Rather than rely on publications and conferences, this role will focus on how to help key opinion leaders make decisions based on their own data to raise the bar for patient care in the community health system setting. Your job is to define how we generate the right insights, use those insights to advise our partners on the right interventions, monitor the results over time, and ultimately drive a virtuous cycle of improvement in real world care for patients.

How You’ll Spend Your Days

  • Build relationships and trust directly with our customers to understand their pressing needs and drive adoption for your offering
  • Engage with customers on our offerings as well as support Business Development efforts
  • Align internal stakeholders across all disciplines to the vision for your product offering, serving as an internal evangelist for the vision, roadmap, and complex interactions between teams needed to accomplish these goals
  • Level-up internal feedback mechanisms, making qualitative insights actionable and expanding product analytics to drive metrics-driven product decisions

Things you’ll accomplish

  • Dig in and own a piece of the roadmap while also working on strategy and building the future of the platform.
  • Develop strategies to accelerate the adoption of our offerings through user metrics and improvements to the platform for faster time to insight for our clients
  • Learn our platform and help clients, as well as internal users, get value from using it. In addition, understand where users may get hung up and drive the strategy to improve our offerings
  • You will own a portion of the offerings team roadmap which is the user-facing portion of Syapse focused around measuring user engagement across our applications

What you bring to the table

  • Seasoned Product Manager: You have 5+ years of product management experience. You are not just adding another widget; you are constantly re-evaluating the best ways to solve real customer problems. You build frameworks for decision-making and are always adjusting based on new information. You thoughtfully consider and address each problem that arises, oftentimes anticipating them before they arise.
  • Visionary Communicator: You recognize that communication is a continuous process and are pitching your vision to everyone you come across. You thrive when you are both executing on your vision and exciting our partners and internal stakeholders. You have the emotional intelligence to navigate different personalities.
  • Stakeholder Management: You interact with and have strong relationships across all internal teams, constantly evangelizing your offering vision and gaining buy-in to support the realization of that vision.
  • Bonus points for Technical Chops: Knowledge of Python or R.. You know your way around data and are not afraid to learn new systems and dig in with the customer.
