Description:The PAC-3 Missile Maintenance Production Operations Manager is an exciting and faced paced position responsible for leading the successful execution of hardware delivery requirements for missile recertification, stockpile reliability testing, and repair processing of the PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missile. In this position, the selected candidate will lead dynamic and growing cross functional program office support teams and manufacturing teams at multiple geographic locations. The position offers a great opportunity for a self-starter who is highly driven and highly motivated to deliver results in a challenging, yet rewarding, environment with growing demands from U.S. and FMS customers, in a culture that fully embraces Full Spectrum Leadership and Culture Optimization. Responsibilities include IMS reporting, CAM activities, schedule development and execution, coordination and planning of work flow through the supply chain and across multiple Lockheed Martin manufacturing sites, metrics development, tooling management, capacity management, capital planning, proposal inputs, strategy development, tactical execution, and general production operations management competencies. Occasional business travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Competent in manufacturing processes and best practices
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, to working professionals, executives, and customers
Ability to lead dynamic, diverse, and geographically separated teams
Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task
Ability to make difficult decisions and solve complex issues

Desired Skills:
Green Belt Certification
Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification
Master’s Degree Business administration, Operations Management, or related discipline
