To achieve the ambitious objectives of our growing site in Liverpool we are looking for experienced Outbound Account Executive to join a campaign for one of our much valued and established clients.
Job Description
- Working as part of the Outbound Team for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities
- Handling all customer interaction in a personalised and professional manner
- Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
- Providing a high-touch experience for customers each and every time
- Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
- Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions
- Up sell additional products as needs arise
- Building rapport with customers
- Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
- Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
- Identify and highlight any service related issues, incidents or trends
- Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
- Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets
Qualifications
- Ideally a minimum 12 months experience within an outbound and/or account management role
- An affinity to sales, performance and results driven sales person
- Commercial awareness
- Professional approach, experience with business customers
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player
- Good listening skills
- Excellent problem solving skills; solution focused
- Quality focused with attention to detail
- A genuine interest in the campaign brand with experience and knowledge of Power Tools desirable
- Empathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approach
- High degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills
- The commitment to work towards individual targets and KPIs
- Willingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training KPIs
- Flexibility in hours of work/shift pattern
- Comfortable within fast changing and developing environment
Additional Information
Operational Hours: Rota Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 / 0900 – 1700
