Job Description


We are looking for an Admin Assistant (internally known as a National RTO Assistant) to provide the National RTO team with administrative and compliance support. This is an exciting entry level opportunity in a supportive team environment where you'll learn lots of transferable skills. On the job training will be provided so you're set up for success. What are the main focus points of the role?

  • Processing data entry tasks both with accuracy and speed using our management system
  • Recording and maintaining all participant records to adhere to relevant standards in a confidential manner
  • Collating information and assisting in the preparation of statistical information and monthly reports
  • Identifying discrepancies in participant records, raise exceptions and track using the exceptions register
  • Scheduling fees and charges through relevant system
  • Undertaking general administrative duties in a professional manner
  • Providing support to other departments including National Learning & Development and Regional RTO teams
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders including RTO Trainer and Assessors, Government bodies and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network
