Hi, we're Oscar. We’re hiring a Program Manager, Network Performance to join our National P&L team.

About the role:

The Program Manager, Network Performance is responsible for overseeing large cross functional program implementations related to Oscar’s provider network to success. Additionally, driving operational improvements for core network operations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, overseeing and coordinating the various projects, products and strategic initiatives across the organization and helping implement project management fundamentals and standards across the organization.

You will report into the Senior Director, Program Management Office. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

  • Organize daily activities based on the network management goals of the organization.
  • Implement new programs that support the organization’s network performance objectives.
  • Oversee implementations, specific to network management and performance, end to end to ensure success.
  • Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence for implementations and beyond
  • Evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses
  • Analyze program risks; ability to look around corners and anticipate risks and issues
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional operational experience; specifically network management
  • Proven experience in project/program management
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Understanding of provider credentialing and provider data management

Bonus points:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Network Management experience
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification
