Job Description

To provide support to customers in processing orders, handle queries and other general customer service support via phone, e-mails and/or any ERP systems.

  • Processing, releasing orders & inquiries
  • Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
  • Handling calls and emails for Price and Availability
  • Resolving complaints and issues

Qualifications

  • Working practice: Strong attention to details and accuracy. Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service associate experience. Basic knowledge in SAP system is a plus. Previous experience with Australian customer service account is an advantage. Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Languages: Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Schedule: Day shift
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Willing to work asap
