Description:Business Operations Assoc. Manager located in
Lexington KY supporting the SOF Platforms programs for the SOF GLSS Business Unit. Performs activities that drive efficient spending, planning and execution of enterprise financial and resource investments across various functions, including but not limited to business finance, operations, supply chain, program management, sustainment, and/or
contracts. Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. Considered an expert in the
Bus Ops (Finance, Planning, Contracts) field,
but not limited to: Providing the breadth and depth of business knowledge, skills and
experience to the Aviation Programs to inform and influence its execution such that financial returns to the company are maximized. Ensuring presentations for Program/Executive reviews (LOB, MAR, PFSR, EV, ELC, etc.) are complete, accurate, and on time.
Reviewing Financial Metrics (OSEC & EVMS) monthly to adhere compliance with commitments and communicate non-compliances in a timely manner to PM & VP. Supporting/coordinating internal and external surveillance audits. Reviewing and presenting the CSR - communicating Qtr EAC changes to Upper Management. Ensuring full compliance with corporate Command Media, with
particular focus on implementation of the corporate Earned Value Management System. Reviewing the monthly MCT report to validate Cost/schedule integration is in synch with Business Rhythm. Driving baseline activities - tie in Schedule with new budgets to guarantee a successful milestone delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
-Expert knowledge of EVMS performance Metrics
-SAP, COBRA, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) a must
Desired Skills:
-DFAR skills knowledge
-Defense Industry background
-Full understanding of SOF demands
-Active Security Clearance
