Senior Associate, Resource Management - KAS Pod Lead

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Advisory Resource Management to join our Resource Management organization.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Analyst pods assigned to engagements
• Help to solve a range of business issues from in support of the successful execution of the contingent workforce needs within the KPMG Assignment Select (KAS) program
• Provide instruction, coaching, mentoring and on the job training to Analysts
• Perform process-based performance benchmarking with strong analytical skills, strategic focus, broad-based business judgment, proven initiative, and creativity
• Conduct Quality Assurance of deliverables created by Analysts through frequent and direct interaction with KAS Senior Associate
• Oversee the successful day-to-day management of the KAS shared mailbox; assist with updates to the training program

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience working in a Managed Services capacity or Minimum three years supporting client engagement(s) in an operational and/or delivery capacity; Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university desired
• Strong leadership and verbal and written communication skills; project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm is preferred
• Ability to take strategic direction from management and see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Knowledge of delivery methodologies and business operations is required; prior experience in an external client-facing service delivery management capacity is preferred
• Ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and ensuring that delivery goals, schedules and performance requirements are achieved
