Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate Compliance and Audit team.

About the role

The Core Compliance Analyst supports the Core Compliance Associates and Senior Manager to guarantee a culture of compliance at Oscar and among its delegates and platform clients.

You will report to the Core Compliance Senior Manager. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the NYC office and part of the time work-from-home/remote.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all aspects of and help conduct the Corporate Compliance Committee.
  • Maintain the Compliance Hotline and ensure reports are triaged to the appropriate department.
  • Support Compliance Senior Manager in development of the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment and Annual Compliance Week.
  • Support Compliance Associates on Compliance investigations, including scheduling witness interviews, transcribing interviews, and collecting documentation.
  • Ensure non-compliance is remediated through Corrective Action Plans, Risk Dashboards, and other oversight.
  • Promptly issue and assign all tickets for Conflicts of Interest and Gifts/Business Entertainment disclosures, Corrective Action Plans, and others.
  • Attend and record meeting minutes for all Compliance committees and ensure minutes are approved.
  • Update and maintain all Compliance repositories and databases.
  • Other administrative support.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated success in a matrixed environment
  • 1+ years compliance and ethics, healthcare compliance and managed care compliance, healthcare operations, or legal experience

Bonus points

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Delegate oversight experience
  • TPA business experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Appian, Audit Board, Monday.com, or other similar software
