DC 07 Internal: IT Support Technician

Job Description

About the Role As our IT Support Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support for the various types of software and hardware used throughout our warehouse operations. You will work directly with operators and DC Leadership to fix IT issues and service requests in a timely manner. You will thrive in this role if you are excited to solve technical problems and learn about new technologies. Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30 am - 2 pm

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastic about hardware and software
• Ability to prioritize service requests and self manage1-3 years of technical support experience is nice to have, but not required
• Prior experience with high-end SLR cameras and maintenance, basic scripting, and/or quality assurance nice to have, but not required
