This position reports to the Director of Finance. Responsibilities -Support all key financial processes in the area of FP&A including partnering with key stakeholders to produce the annual budget, strategic plan, monthly forecasts, and reporting and analytical support - Create and develop new metrics / reports for the business as needed for use in weekly and monthly financial reporting - Perform ad hoc analysis to drive decision making for the leadership team -Strategic and thought partnership for corporate business units, including finance and accounting, HR, legal, business affairs/development, HQ and Corp Services, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, headcount management, business case development, modeling, etc. to drive operational efficiency and streamlined processes -Ownership of long-term capital planning, with a focus on understanding underlying business drivers, modeling ROI and guiding leadership through major investment decisions and scenarios -Support of FP&A systems, with assistance in establishing vision, developing roadmaps and executing on the fuller implementation of the FP&A / Anaplan system and associated integrations, which will drive more integrated planning, improved scenario analysis, better consolidation of data / reporting, etc. Qualifications: • BS / BA in Business required (Finance or Accounting preferred) • 3-5 years of financial planning and analysis experience preferred (retail experience a plus), ideally with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities • Working knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization • Strong systems and Microsoft (e.g. PPT & Excel) and Reporting (e.g. MicroStrategy, Anaplan) applications knowledge a plus • Passion for sports a plus Things We Care About · Your career growth, your ideas, your work-life balance, and your well-being. · Diversity and Inclusion · Our Company Culture and Values · Providing outstanding Company Perks and Benefits Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
