About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail oriented, Business Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team. The role is primarily responsible for driving technology and process improvement for our stakeholders, through the Salesforce tech stack and related ecosystem. This role requires analytical, functional, and technical skills, along with best practice knowledge for using Salesforce.com technologies to provide positive business outcomes. This position is located at our offices in New York City and will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and design Salesforce solutions that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience, and drive system adoption
  • Complete gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes; translating into functional specifications
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements
  • Responsible for quality assurance, ensuring accurate testing cycles with Product and business partners
  • Ownership of the enhancement backlog, partnering with stakeholders to jointly prioritize initiatives
  • Primarily responsible for project managing workstreams from inception through rollout
  • Own all aspects of change management related to feature releases and new process changes
  • Development of documentation and delivery of training in support of rollout and continued adoption
  • Serve as an agent of change and drive effective communication to all business stakeholders
  • Create operational excellence through best practice sharing and process consistency across all users
  • Identify, document, communicate and enforce standard business processes as they relate Salesforce
  • As needed, provide help desk support to support business-as-usual (e.g. bugs, configuration, etc.)
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage updates applicable to organizational requirements
  • Leverage standard Salesforce functionality and custom development to solve complex business requirements
  • Maintain familiarity with upstream / downstream integrations and their impact on feature enhancements
  • Balance the service elements of the role with the broader needs of Roku's business

We're excited if you have

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a focus in Sales or Business Operations
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with the Salesforce.com platform
  • Equivalent experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
  • Able to document, visualize, analyze, communicate and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Working knowledge or experience with agile management methodologies
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and develop risk management plans
