Senior Manager, EMEA Regional People Partners

This role can be based anywhere in the EMEA Region locations

The EMEA Regional People Partner Leader manages a team of HR professionals working with cross functional regional people leaders in managing “day to day” / “run the business” people activities. Acts as a consultant to Global People Business Partner’s to ensure effective execution of people / talent related planning for the business. Drives HR Process improvement and global initiatives in region.

Supports the GTM People Business Partner for EMEA in driving and executing the EMEA region GTM business and people / talent related plans (SWFP, Talent Programs, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Annual Compensation Planning Calibrations, Restructuring and RIF’s), by working directly with the GEO VP’s through their EMEA Regional Partner team.

Also works with and provides support to Global People Business Partner’s for Customer Services, Finance, IT, Marketing, Law, Product and Strategy to ensure success in run the business people activities within the EMEA region including:

  • Working with regional people leaders in managing people activities
  • Acts as a consultant to Global People Business Partner’s to ensure effective execution within region of people / talent related plans for the business.
  • Partnering and consulting with The People Org COEs to solve business challenges / drive strategic initiatives (compensation plans, recruiting, development of people leader capability in execution of talent programs, etc.)
  • Driving HR Process improvement / transformation of functional or global HR initiatives

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of Human Resources experience
  • At least 5 years generalist experience in large organizations with solid understanding country specific compliance and labor laws
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing HR professionals preferred
  • Experience deploying programs in global, matrixed organizations to deliver desired outcomes
  • Full life cycle program/project management experience
  • High tech or professional services industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of helping transformative organizations scale and build talent
