As a Digital Advertising Analyst, you will be responsible for equipping the paid digital program with reporting, analysis and to derive insights. The position is integral to empowering the team with actionable insights that grow channels and their incremental contribution to the bottom line.

Responsibilities


  • Leverage all available analytics data sources to provide a comprehensive view of digital marketing performance and develop strategies for growth and stay on top of industry trends
  • Creates and continue to evolve front-to-back end data connections from our adtech ecosystem
  • Lead the advertising performance analysis across major search and social platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders across the digital marketing channels to fuel cutting-edge programs by owning the analytical insights and in-depth testing that inform data-driven decision making
  • Owns all of paid digital tracking (universal, conversion and Floodlight) and ensures the creation of floodlight tracking and Salesforce campaign IDs are consistent of channel tracking
  • Handles any pixel/cookie updates & compliance needs across paid search, social and adtech platforms
  • Perform keyword research and analyze daily metrics to determine bid strategy for over 1M+ keywords
  • Works across teams (ABM, Direct, SEO and etc) to understand paid media's effect on site and funnel metrics and refines cross-collaboration with organic
  • Work with internal analysts and engineers to manage and improve our bidding model and overall metrics
  • Establishes data enrichment efforts that include combining insights across the following: beyond last-click attribution and the value of cross-channel marketing, channel data interpretation using statistical techniques, produce reporting for paid digital channel owners

Qualifications


  • 5-7+ years of direct experience in a digital marketing data analyst role, preferably in environments with data requirements from multiple sources
  • 2+ years experience working for B2B-focused SaaS organizations
  • Preferred experience in statistical modelling and SQL query writing
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Marketing Platform (SA360, CM and DV360), Google Ads, Bings Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads are required
  • Experience in analytics tools including Adobe Analytics and Tableau
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation and financial analysis
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and database design
  • Outstanding communication, project management and collaboration skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Ability to work independently/efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • BS degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field preferred - masters' degree is a strong plus
