You will be directly responsible for evolving and scaling the Cvent Supplier Network's (CSN) integration platform, documentation, and developer experience. In this role, you will engage with our partners and customers to build compelling applications that integrate into the CSN platform by understanding their workflows and requirements, then working with engineering teams to build, maintain, and enhance integrations and services that meet those requirements. You will create and track metrics to define the success of your frameworks and services. Additionally, you will work with our sales and content teams to evangelize our integration capabilities. This is an exciting time to join a dynamic team transforming our customer's experience!

The scope of responsibility includes:

  • Drive technical partnership and integrations with third-party applications and services.
  • Evaluate and assess potential relationships' strategic and economic impact.
  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure successful completion of integration projects.
  • Work with engineering to build services and toolkits required to integrate into our platform.
  • Analyze competitive and complementary offerings to inform the strategy CSN uses to enhance its integration capabilities, including our APIs, documentation, and overall developer experience.
  • Create product concepts, requirements, and other materials to support project deliverables.
  • Produce internal training, documentation, and presentations for new product features and launches.
  • Work with the content team to develop documentation and educational content for developers, helping them adopt our services faster.
  • Work with sales to help guide deals in the pipeline towards the best integration solution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience launching and managing partnerships or projects implementation/ integration projects.
  • Experience with products that have an Application Programmers Interface (API), specifically a REST API web services architecture.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and drive to get things done.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to drive clarity and precision in product requirements.
  • A solid understanding of agile software development life cycles, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
  • Passion for driving a growing area of Cvent's business, evangelizing it across departments, and working with both internal teams, partners, and third parties to make it a success.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with a cross-functional, distributed team of architects, engineers, and marketers.
  • Ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate solutions to technical product challenges.
