Location: Nürnberg (Germany) or any other major DI location in Germany

Mode of Employment: Permanent / Full-time

Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

  • Definition of Sales KPIs, focus on Sales Productivity Analytics
  • You will develop Sales Productivity Analytics to benchmark different G2M setups regarding sales efficiency considering impacts of markets, market share, area size, etc.
  • You will help us to define methodology to measure sales productivity and allow benchmarking of different organizations
  • You will work in close connection with the bigger sales organization to understand their various needs and be an advocate for their resolution in an effective way
  • Providing advice and guidance on reward / Incentives related issues and contributing to the content of the Reward communications (spotlights) on a regular basis

Your qualifications and skills - digital and solid

  • A degree in Finance, BA, IT, or a related area from a reputable university or college
  • You bring with a high interest in sales function combined with a huge passion to data analytics
  • Proven experience of working across diverse teams and businesses that are spread geographically
  • Strong work ethics, motivated, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams including executives
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills and tactful diplomacy
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
