The Global NSO and Remodel Project Manager, as a part of the Real Estate and Development team, will be involved with identifying, leading and implementing the processes and solutions as they relate to New Store Openings, Remodels and other existing store projects. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a larger cross-functional team, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and influence all levels in the organization. In this role you will play a critical part in implementing strategies, bringing teams together and creating processes that enable each project to come to life. The Global NSO and Remodel team is responsible for managing and driving multiple projects including store openings, relocations, temporary locations, store closures, upgrades, expansions, and other global programs and initiatives that support our retail stores.

Description The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to mobilize and lead through multiple project types and ensure a perfect execution. This person must be self motivated and comfortable working independently in a global, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. They can easily build trust and empower teams to work effectively across functional business teams. They support and encourage teams to drive improvements and deliver capabilities that will exceed our customers expectations. The successful candidate will: *Lead assigned projects from inception to completion, such as resource planning, budget proposal and communication to ensure a perfect execution. *Assess and analyze project opportunities to drive improvements and influence change from a process, cost, and quality perspective. *Foster and develop collaborative relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure delivery of the best possible experience to Apple Retail customers. *Be comfortable leveraging relationships and providing feedback to different partners as needed. *Maintain an intimate knowledge of all business aspects of Apple Retail Stores in an effort to identify and support business needs. *Advise store teams on efficiency improvement opportunities including but not limited to Backstage standards. *Provide input on store design standards to ensure operational efficiencies. *Support global initiatives and programs.
