Job Description

Beyond Good And Evil 2 is an action-adventure sci-fi RPG set in the same universe as Ubisoft’s original cult classic. You can now join our crew at Ubisoft Mainz to help us shape this amazing project.

What you will do:

• Develop intricate knowledge of in-house tools setup and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for account administration, access, and permissions across various software
• Liaise between development team and IT to solve technical issues
• Alongside IT, monitor and manage the NAS storage used by all Studio projects
• Perforce branch management / integration
• Maintain project pipeline application support knowledge / awareness.
• Create and maintain scripts to automate the Build Pipeline.
• Monitor build system for failures / errors and maintain Build Servers & Build Farm
• Debug compilation issues in code & tools
• Collaborate with partner studios to share technology and best practices
• Act as the team’s main point of contact for technical support

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or other related major
• Experience with automated build systems and continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo)
• Version Control Administration experience (Perforce, Git).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Scripting Experience, preferably Python, C# & Batch & Shell scripting
• Good organization skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
