About the Role:

Credible is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us launch and optimize campaigns on a variety of digital channels including Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social. You will work alongside our existing team of Performance Marketers to manage digital ad spend for our Homeowners Insurance product.

We are looking for someone who has worked with all the major digital advertising platforms (Google, Bing, QuinStreet, Media Alpha, Quote Wizard, etc). The ideal candidate will be both data driven and also creative. We want someone who is equally comfortable writing ad copy and performing data analysis.

The role is full time and compensation will be based on experience.


  • Build campaigns from scratch including audience targeting, budgeting, and creative deployment
  • Optimize campaigns to meet specific company KPIs like Gross Margin, Revenue, and Cost per Acquisition
  • Regularly analyze performance using sound statistical methodologies
  • Working with Branding and Design team members, assist in the development of new creative from ideation to writing ad copy
  • Generate reports and share results with the immediate team plus external stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience working with ad platforms like Google, Media Alpha, QuinStreet, or Facebook
  • Strong analytical abilities, including experience with Excel and other analytics tools
  • Experience using data reporting tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Experience with writing ad copy
  • Experience marketing lead generation type services and managing to KPIs such as cost per closed loan, revenue, and profit margin
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player with no ego and no attitude. We work collaboratively and care just as much about how you fit with our team as how good you are at your job
