Senior Equipment Specialist

Job Description

ADP is hiring a Senior Equipment Specialist.

This role is an experienced Equipment Specialist responsible for overseeing the work flow, train associates on how to handle machines, troubleshoot machine problems, and work closely with hardware technicians.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

This role is also responsible for operating hardware including roll printers, cut sheet printers, inserting equipment, printing and inserting of payroll checks and vouchers, stuffing W2's, misc reports and quarterly reports related to payroll, printing and wrapping of payroll. Perform routine maintenance of hardware as required and updating/maintaining production tracking logs. Follow operations standards for all job functions. Interact with hardware vendors and maintains inventory levels up to date. Accommodate to shifting work schedules based on business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of experience handling RICOH and Xerox printers.
• Previous experience working on Envelope inserting equipment is a must.
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication
