Our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department is a leader in design and development of special purpose equipment and machinery. We are passionate as we strive for success within our experienced and highly skilled team. Due to the nature of position, some local and interstate travel may be required.

Job Description

We are currently offering a maximum-term opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator. This is a 12-month maximum-term, full-time opportunity based at our headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne and may require occasional local and interstate travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing and communications strategies for BAMS in collaboration with our Corporate Communications team.
  • Drive BAMS brand awareness and growth strategies alongside our Sales & Business Development team.
  • Manage and plan social media activities for BAMS to build engagement and awareness.
  • Planning and management of BAMS event calendar (including online content, articles, advertisements, industry engagements, and trade shows).
  • Planning and reporting of BAMS marketing and communications budget.
  • Management of activities of internal and external graphic design resources and associated graphic design collateral.
  • Development and ongoing refinement of BAMS branding (within confines of Bosch global standards)
  • Develop and implement key segment MARCOM plan in co-ordination with Business Development Manager and Segment Manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Communications.
  • Must have demonstrated industry experience in Marketing / Communications role including the development, implementation, and management of Marketing Communication strategy, budget, and activity calendars.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • ·Experience in event organisation (desirable)
  • ·This role will require occasional international travel
