Technology Support Specialists have a wide range of responsibilities focused on ensuring feedback, bug reports, and technical support incidents are handled by the right teams, and providing clear, timely, and empathetic responses from Apple. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate who is process-driven, while able to handle ambiguity. This role requires a critical thinker, ambitious self-starter, tech savviness, acute attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This is customer service for developers.

Description
Description As a Technology Support Specialist, you will work closely with third-party developers to ensure their feedback reports and technical support incidents are quickly and accurately routed to the appropriate engineering teams, and be the primary communication channel. This requires collaborating with engineering to craft appropriate responses to send to developers. You will be focused on the developer, and on making the reporting experience for developers great. Core Technology Services is part of Worldwide Developer Relations (WWDR) If you have experience with any of the following, you’ll be a stronger candidate, but they are not required for consideration: * Working with developers. * Building apps for Apple platforms. * Scripting & Automation tools. * REST-based APIs.
Education & Experience
Education & Experience BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience.
