Project Coordinator

Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Tech Operations, PMO, Product and Business teams to support various administrative tasks and small scale projects. You will be a member of the Tech PMO team.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Requirements:

• 3+ years’ relevant work experience in project management and/or administrative assistance functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
• Attention to details even under pressure
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• A fast learner. Is curious by nature and asks questions to quickly understand content areas.
• Collaborative. Loves helping team members do their best work.
• Open-minded. Is flexible, positive, comfortable with ambiguity, and most importantly willing to jump in and tackle problems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
• Organizing, attending, and participating in various meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Planning and organizing departmental events
• Manage team’s calendars
• Support team members as needed
