Job Description
The Quality Management Lead is responsible to develop and deploy strategic and tactical Quality Management (QM) initiatives within SO Manila and provide support services to Operations and customers by meeting quality-related requirements and expectations.
CIP Implementation:
- Training of new and existing staff on CIP tools and methodologies.
- Liaise with OPM on the improvement of the KPI fulfilment and performance remediation initiatives.
- Facilitate customer complaint and feedback management discussions with OPM.
- Guarantee the continuous updating and correct execution of various CIP-related activities (CIP Boards, Trackers, Forms, etc).
- Conduct VSDiA Workshop with Operations and customers.
Transactional Quality
- Ensure consistent application of the quality monitoring process by performing periodic audits of Quality team members and key support process.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure consistency and accuracy of quality initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of Quality Scorecard for all Operational Areas.
- Coach/Train quality staff on standard tools and methodologies that are required for their role.
- Performance Consultant direction, ensure alignment between Operations and Quality staff to ensure processes support OPM goals and desired operational metrics
Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation
- Conduct QMS Audit (Process, External) on an annual basis and oversee follow-up audits to close out identified deviations and/or opportunities.
- Facilitates the preparation of the audit plan, audit report, and non-conformance reports in line with the QMS and Quality Policy of BSO.
- Work with departments to ensure action items identified during surveillance and external certification audits are addressed and gaps closed.
- Conduct a Management Review to discuss the state of the QMS of the site.
Quality Gate Processing for New and Existing Projects
- Ensure that all projects undergo proper Quality Gate Audits.
- Work with PJM to identify gaps in the implementation process and address them accordingly.
Customer Consultancy
- Work with customers to optimize processes and elevate business standards through continuous improvement, process engineering, and optimization methodologies.
- Drive end user satisfaction by providing useful insight on customer behaviour and undertaking benchmark analysis of operational practices.
Qualifications
Key Requirements/ Desired Personal Qualities:
- At least 5 years working experience
- Expert level understanding and knowledge of Quality Assurance/Management system functions.
- High level of conceptualization and planning skills.
- Vast Experience in Continuous Process Improvement and Process Re-engineering.
- Expert Level Communication Skills
- Ability to engage and lead transformation/improvement efforts and driving change in the organization.
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong Program and Project Management, coordination and deployment skills.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple activities under many conditions and restraints.
- Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible in complex situations
- Must be self-directed and works to achieve objectives with little oversight
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail and timeliness
